Tests in the web app are created through a guided conversation. Paste a URL, answer a few questions, pick a persona, and run.

The short version

  1. Go to Tests.
  2. Paste the URL you want to test.
  3. Percio scrapes page context so it understands what it’s looking at.
  4. Answer 2–5 quick questions about what you want to test.
  5. Review the generated scenario.
  6. Pick a persona.
  7. Hit Run Test.

What you’ll need

  • A reachable URL. Production, staging, or a public preview link all work in the web app. To test localhost or URLs behind your dev machine, use the agent CLI instead.
  • A clear goal. Even a rough sentence is enough to start. Percio’s conversation will help sharpen it.
  • A persona. Your onboarding persona works for a first run. To cover different segments, create additional personas and run separate tests against them.
  • Credits. Each test run consumes credits. If you’re low, Percio shows an Insufficient credits dialog before the run starts.
